A bold, non-linear piece of psych rock...

Saint Leonard returns with bold new single 'Light Years' - tune in now.

The songwriter has been on a journey of late, swapping English gloom for travels across India and the the Himalayan mountains, visiting The Beatles Ashram in Rishikesh and studying Transcendental Meditation with the monks of the Kesar Devi Temple.

Returning to London with a different viewpoint on life, Saint Leonard went back into the studio with a renewed sense of purpose.

Working on the follow up to his acclaimed debut album, new single 'Light Years' was recorded at Paul Epworth’s Church Studio, it features The Horrors’ Josh Hayward on guitar, Panda (bass) from TOY and former Klaxons drummer Steff Halperin.

The first sign of what to expect from his second album, 'Light Years' was constructed in a daring, non-linear fashion, it's swirling psych tapestries rooted in that probing, relentless drumming.

The vocal is urgent, eager, with Saint Leonard showing growing maturity, enhanced wisdom. 'Light Years' drops on June 7th, but you can hear it below...

Tune in now.
