Sabrina Claudio has issued a statement apologising after insulting tweets were uncovered from a previous account.
The singer confirmed her involvement with @ODamnYourUgly to a fan, leading to a trawl through previous tweets.
Racist messages were uncovered, sparking a furious response from fans many of whom were upset at her tone and language.
Sabrina has now posted a statement online, apologising for her "past ignorance' and saying she "will learn" from the experience.
