Chicago's Saba follows on from the confessional funk of comeback song 'Fearmonger', to more narcotic territory with follow-up 'Stop That'.
'Stop That' comes with a visual co-directed by C.T. Robert and Jared Royal, teasing Saba's quest for self-determination and fulfilment on forthcoming album 'Few Good Things'.
Speaking on the inspiration behind 'Stop That', Saba says:
"I feel like more often than not, we let our own judgement of ourselves knock our confidence off before anyone else even offers any feedback. Our own in insecurities ring really loudly in our heads, to the point where we make ourselves smaller before giving anyone else the chance to. This is something I found myself beginning to do over the years. Hiding from the uncomfortable moment. And this song works as my noticing and correcting that."
Earlier this month, Saba announced the 'Back Home Tour', beginning in March in Europe/UK with support from ENNY and Gaidaa. Tickets are on sale HERE.
Few Good Things arrives next February.
Tune into 'Stop That' now.
