S1n Gears Up With Brand New Single, ‘I Might Crash’

An introspective moment from the Toronto-based rhymer...

S1n is bouncing back with his brand new single, ‘I Might Crash’.

Charged with straight-to-the-point flows and grit, the track unveils a more introspective facet of the self-taught rapper and producer. Following his journey thus far, the riser glides across a menacing trap production, infusing his rhymes with a racing ambition. Elsewhere, the artist incorporates melodic vocal sections, tapping into a heartfelt hook that urges the artist to stay inspired and resilient, overcoming the obstacles that lie ahead.

Across a string of releases, the riser echoes the influence of Eminem, Jay-Z, 2pac and Kendrick Lamar, paying close attention to the art of storytelling. In turn, S1n reflects on his move from India to Toronto during late adolescence, a turning point that carved a new path for his music career. Since then, the artist has continued to refine his craft and artistic identity, digging deeper with each studio session.

Speaking on his latest release, S1n shares:  “I make a lot of beats and listen to them later when I feel like I want to write something. As I was listening to this beat that I’d made earlier, I just wrote down what the beat made me feel like. The lyrics flowed from there, inspired by a line about self-belief and determination from a Kanye West documentary.”
