Rumble Strips New Video

Watch the band in the studio

British blue eyed soul merchants The Rumble Strips have posted a new video online, showing the band hard at work on their second album.

Centred on the wailing tones of lead singer Charlie Waller, the band’s powerful live performances saw the group courted by Transgressive records.

Now at home on major label offshoot Fallout, the band’s debut album ‘Girls And Weather’ was a fine blend of soul and rock influences.

While their debut failed to set the charts alight, new sessions with Mark Ronson could well yield a hit single. The producer has worked on massive hit albums by the likes of Amy Winehouse as well as his own material.

Working together in New York, the latest video released by the band shows the working on new songs. The footage features Mark Ronson giving Matty Wheeler a drum lesson, as well as some footage of Henry singing ‘Tease Me’ by Chaka Demus and Pliers.

Rumble Strips should release their new album later this year. Watch the new video below!
