Rozi Plain Returns With ‘What A Boost’

Check out lead single 'Symmetrical'...

Rozi Plain is set to release new album 'What A Boost' later this year.

The perpetual wanderer constructed the album over a number of months, possibly even years, flitting from location to location.

Initially working at Old Dentist's Studios in East London, she then popped over to Berlin for a week of one-off collaborative performances arranged by Bon Iver’s Justin Vernon and Aaron Dessner of The National.

A day in Los Angeles followed, before finally returning to London, and setting down roots in vital jazz hub Total Refreshment Centre.

Working with co-producer Jamie Whitby Coles, Rozi enlisted a number of collaborators for the record including (deep breath) Sam Amidon, Rachel Horwood, Joel Wästberg a.k.a. sir Was, Raphael Desmarets, Yoshino Shigihara (Zun Zun Egui, Yama Warashi) and Dan Leavers from The Comet Is Coming.

Out later this year, 'What A Boost' is led by fascinating new song 'Symmetrical', full of the intriguing word-play and fantastic melodies we've come to adore in Rozi's writing.

Tune in now.

'What A Boost' will be released on April 5th.
