The Queen Of Pop herself Madonna has announced that the support on her massive tour of Europe will be none other than Swedish singer Robyn.
The “Sticky And Sweet Tour” as it has been dubbed contains massive sold out dates in Paris, Lisbon, Zurich and many other cities, with over 1 million tickets sold to date. Robyn has just recently completed a sold out tour of the UK, as well as a whirlwind visit to the United States.
The Swedish singer commented on being chosen to take part in the tour by saying:
“Having been a fan of Madonna since I was a little girl, I’m very excited about sharing a stage with her and playing to her audiences…I’m thrilled.”
Robyn is set to play the following dates:
August 26th – Nice, Stade Charles Ehrmann
August 28th – Berlin, Olympic Stadium
August 30th – Zurich, Military Airfiled Dubendorf
September 2nd – Amsterdam, Arena
September 4th – Dusseldorf, LTU Arena
September 9th – Frankfurt, Commerzbank Arena
September 14th – Lisbon, Parqu de Bela Vista
September 23rd – Vienna, Danube Island
September 27th – Athens, Olympic Stadium
