RM Hubbert has handed the video for ‘Half Light’ over to ClashMusic ahead of his joint tour with Emma Pollock.

A secret long held by Glaswegian musicians, RM Hubbert’s emergence to wider acclaim has been one of the more heart-warming stories to emerge from the past year and a half. Now the songwriter has confirmed plans for a nationwide tour alongside fellow Scottish artist Emma Pollock.

The pair are co-conspirators, with RM Hubbert inviting Emma Pollock to appear on his recent album ‘Thirteen Lost & Found’. Recording a session for 6Music host Marc Riley together, the pair then decided to host a joint tour.

Set to launch in Edinburgh on September 2nd, the tour will be accompanied by a limited edition split EP. The release features two new songs each, alongside a collaboration between RM Hubbert, Emma Pollock and Alasdair Roberts titled ‘Mo Ve’La Bella Mia Da La Muntagna’.
