When Riton and Kah-Lo first linked up they weren't sure what to expect.
Almost immediately, though, a natural, easy-going creative chemistry took hold - and since then, they haven't looked back.
Ratcheting up more than 50 million streams and a cheeky Grammy nomination, the duo recently went back into the studio to work on a new single.
'Fake ID' is a mischievous system rumbler, a club workout that matches some delicious house shapes against Kah-Lo's incredible vocal.
The gritty lo-fi video finds the duo working alongside 19 year old director Ademola Famola, and it focuses on the Lagos underground.
At one point popping into Fela Kuti's old studio, this is as authentic as they come, but in a natural, unstudied way.
Riton explains that they “wanted it to look real DIY and show what a typical night out in Lagos is really like, especially for those who might not have ever experienced it before”.
