Rihanna has revealed she is heading into the studio with Pharrell.
The pop icon is keeping fans waiting for her next step, with immense speculation following every snippet of detail regarding R9.
Chatting to The Cut, Rihanna was asked about her Valentine's plans, and confirmed that she would be working on her album.
“I’m going to be in the studio," she said. "I’m so excited actually. I can’t say who I’m working with, but it’s somebody I’ve been wanting to work with him for a long time."
After a good-natured furore from those in the studio, Rihanna relented: “Okay, I’ll tell you. (It’s) Pharrell."
It's a move that has certainly excited fans, not least because Pharrell and Chad Hugo recently reconvened their production partnership as The Neptunes.
