Red Bull Music Academy, happening in London for its 2010 run, has announced details of it’s second term of activities.
Running since 1998, the Red Bull Music Academy has taken place in cities across the globe. Taking over a building for an intensive calendar of lectures, workshops and Q&A’s, it aims to give aspiring music makers the chance to learn at the feet of music legends and hot newcomers alike. As well as that, Red Bull also put on a multitude of gigs and club nights during the academy’s run with the first term seeing Carl Craig, Drums of Death, Jazzie B and others appear under its banner in London.
The second term promises more essential happenings with a 12×12 night in aid of Warchild with twelve producers getting twelve minutes each to play some classic London anthems with Arthur Baker, MJ Cole, Roni Size, Peter Hook, A Guy Called Gerard and more set to contribute.
