Raffertie is set to release his debut album 'Sleep Of Reason' through Ninja Tune on August 5th.
Chopping together house, hip hop, bass and more Raffertie's buoyant, near permanently wide eyed approach has already produced some fantastically lurid results. Hooking up with Ninja Tune, the producer is now ready to release his first full length statement.
Debut album 'Sleep Of Reason' is set to be released on August 5th, and represents the producer's debut album. Packed with ideas, Raffertie's forward thinking production is matched by a lurid pop touch.
New single 'Build Me Up' is a case in point – all bouncy synths and demented beats, it's an itchy hay fever anthem set to dominate high summer. Back with a new video shot by director Vincent Haycock, the clip is seemingly as real as possible.
"Everything in the video is their real life" Haycock explained, "Every cast member is their friend, son, or cousin, and all the locations are their houses and neighborhood."
