Twelve iconic tracks by Radiohead are set for a deluxe re-issue program through the band’s former label EMI this April, it has been announced.
Radiohead left EMI in acrimonious circumstances in 2007, and then released ‘In Rainbows’ the band’s most celebrated album in some time. Their former label then released a controversial ‘Best Of’ the following year, earning the wrath of the group who objected to the exercise.
Beginning with their rare ‘Drill’ EP the re-issue program will include such hits as ‘Creep’, ‘High And Dry’ and ‘Pyramid Song’. We really can’t see Yorke & Co. appreciating this…
Released on 12 inch vinyl, each sleeve will feature a sticker containing the original five inch CD single artwork.
Radiohead / EMI will re-issue the following singles from April 21st:
‘Drill’
‘Creep’
‘My Iron Lung’
‘Just’
‘Fake Plastic Trees’
‘High and Dry’
‘Street Spirit (Fade Out)’
‘Paranoid Android’
‘Karma Police’
‘No Surprises’
