Jack White and Brendan Benson’s all star rock experiment The Raconteurs are set to release a vinyl only single ‘Old Enough’ from today (October 27th), it has been announced.
The Raconteurs released their second album ‘Consolers Of The Lonely’ earlier this year, to a great response from fans and critics alike. The album found the band on more assured territory, having established a relationship independent of their parent groups.
The Raconteurs recently played the Bonnaroo festival, and amongst the highlights of their set was a stunning version of ‘Old Enough’. The band then headed backstage where they relived the best moments of the set with a quick acoustic performance.
The new seven inch contains both electric and acoustic performances of ‘Old Enough’. Released via Jack White’s own Third Man imprint and Warner Bros. the single can be bought via the band’s official site, or if you live in the United States your local independent record store.
