Grunge survivors Smashing Pumpkins have announced the release of a new EP to be called “American Gothic”. The release will be timed with the band’s upcoming UK arena tour.
Led by Billy Corgan, Smashing Pumpkins were one of the most successful rock bands of the 90s. The group split in 2000, but reformed two years ago to release the acclaimed album “Zeitgeist”. Corgan’s arena rock troopers have been busy in the interim, writing and recording the tracks that make up the new “American Gothic” EP.
Tracklisting for the “American Gothic” EP runs as follows:
1. The Rose March
2. The Pox
3. Again, Again, Again (The Crux)
4. Sunkissed
Smashing Pumpkins will play the following tour dates:
February 12th – Glasgow, SECC
February 14th – Nottingham Arena
February 15th – Manchester, MEN Arena
February 16th – London, O2 Arena
