Leeds based guitar wielding mentalists Pulled Apart By Horses are set to invite fans into their studio with a new webcast.
Formed from the ashes of several post-hardcore bands Pulled Apart By Horses quickly gathered a strong local following due to their uncompromising sound and astonishing onstage antics.
Known for stripping naked, vomiting onstage and generally creating chaos, Pulled Apart By Horses are one of the most thrilling live acts in the country. Playing their first show with the similarly mental That Fucking Tank, Pulled Apart By Horses have gone on to take the country by storm.
Debut single ‘Meat Balloon’ has gone on to become a cult object, reaching high prices on internet auction sites. Since its release last year the band have begun work on their debut album, which will hopefully see them transfer their live energy onto record.
Brutal and aggressive, recent single ‘I Punched A Lion In The Throat’ is an indicator of what to expect. Short, sharp and extremely energetic the track pushed Pulled Apart By Horses ever closer to mainstream acceptance.
Fans eager to catch a glimpse of the group while they are seconded in the studio need wait no longer, however, with the Leeds group set to perform in a live webcast.
In a MySpace message the band say:
“So, we have come back to the studio today to finish off recording for the album. In here for another 4 days then we should be done. In this world of digital binary joy we have decided to set up a live video feed from the studio which will be hosted from our website.“
“The feed will begin tomorrow (Tuesday, 18th August) from 13:00pm. So give us a click if you get bored at work or you quite simply like the idea of big brother and shizzles.”
“Weird but kind of cool?”
Sounds good. Pulled Apart By Horses will perform live in the studio today at 1pm.
