Primal Scream To Re-Issue ‘Loaded’ EP For Record Store Day

It's a neat vinyl re-press...

Primal Scream will re-issue their seminal 'Loaded' EP on Record Store Day.

The project began as the soulful ballad 'I'm Losing More Than I'll Ever Have', a highlight of their self-titled second album.

The record as a whole failed to connect, but Andrew Weatherall became an advocate for the band's music, and offered to remix the track.

Sent out to selected DJs, 'Loaded' helped fire the indie-dance crossover, a truly seminal record from an anything-goes era.

The 'Loaded' EP will be re-issued on Record Store Day – April 18th – a release made extremely poignant by the recent death of Andrew Weatherall.

The 30th anniversary edition re-creates the original Creation release, featuring 'I'm Losing More Than I'll Ever Have' matched to a cover of 'Ramblin' Rose' by The MC5.

'Loaded' EP will be re-issued on April 18th.
