Primal Scream are set to release their new single ‘It’s Alright, It’s OK’ on May 6th.
Primal Scream are stirring. The band made no secret of the fact that they were working on new material, which would form the backbone of their first studio album in five years.
Titled 'More Light' said LP drops later this year, with new track '2013' being unveiled a few weeks ago. A mixture of sweet pop music and hard hitting lyrics, the lengthy cut whetted the appetites of fans.
Now Primal Scream have confirmed their next step. New single ‘It’s Alright, It’s OK’ – the first to be lifted from 'More Light' – will go on sale from May 6th.
Produced by David Holmes, ‘It’s Alright, It’s OK’ was recorded during sessions last year at Das Bunker, London and Vox Studios, Los Angeles.
Due out on May 6th, the single will be released via the band's own First International label through Ignition Records.
