Spending time in the background, a re-jigged and re-energised Prides have leaped back into contention with killer new cut 'Are You Ready'.
Beginning life as an 80s style ballad it's a low key yet enthralling return that seemingly comes from a deeply personal place.
"Lyrically it's about forgiveness” explain the band. "It's about those long nights you stay awake trying to figure out what you want, talking till the early hours, drinking too much, smoking too much, thinking too much. Saying the wrong thing, saying the right thing, saying anything."
