The name WxT might not ring any bells (yet), but if you keep an ear to the UK underground you'll most likely have heard of Woz and Troy Gunner as separate entities, and ones to watch. Having both dropped releases on Black Butter and charted more on labels like Brownswood and Mindset, the Bristol chums have now teamed up for the first time for a new three-tracker on Mak & Pasteman's highly acclaimed Materials.
The new 'Convo EP' boasts a meeting of minds of the two rising talents on the bass music field, a fierce onslaught of unique sounds and box fresh low frequencies. 'Hudson Moore', which we're pleased to premiere below, emerges as a roughed up, heads-down workout with plenty of percussive intricacies – that's bound to impress.
