Crafting his debut EP, the first two tracks the songwriter placed online immediately went viral, hitting number one on blog chart Hype Machine.
But it's more than just internet buzz. The singer's recent London show was a sell out, and – with a Glastonbury set looming – there looks to be a lot more on the horizon.
New EP 'Proof Enough' will be released shortly, with Clash able to premiere new track 'Beach'. Opening with stuttering percussion and surf-pop guitar, it's an off kilter return.
Packed with summer feeling and pop potential, it's reminiscent of prime Talking Heads but with a ramshackle twist worthy of King Krule.
