'Pyramids (Rose Out Of Our Pain)' gets re-worked...
Jenny Wilson

Even at the darkest points in our lives, some light still remains.

Diagnosed with cancer, Swedish artist Jenny Wilson was suddenly forced to stop thinking about release schedules are starting focussing on treatment.

Battling illness, the songwriter allows her feelings to flow through her music. Given the all-clear, Jenny Wilson then began focussing her euphoria into new album 'DEMAND THE IMPOSSIBLE!'.

A hugely uplifting, musically experimental set, the album is blistering, raw and uncompromising. Discussing the recording, Wilson said: "I wanted to make a brave, explosive and fantastic album. I am very proud of it, I think I've never written lyrics with a sharper pen - ever."

New single 'Pyramids (Rose Out Of Our Pain)' is set to be released on February 17th, with Trentemøller stepping in on remix duties. Adding some bubbling techno influences to Wilson's sonic palette, the Danish producer drives the track to new heights.

Grasping the left field sensibilities that the Swedish songwriter is known for working in, Trentemøller hones in on the euphoric qualities of the vocal to create something quite special.

Listen to it now.

Jenny Wilson is set to play the following UK shows:

17 London The Lexington
18 Manchester Soup Kitchen
