The Oscillation – real name Demian Castellanos – has been a mysterious figure on the London music scene for almost a decade now.
Dirty, distorted rock music, the multi-instrumentalist's output thus far recalls everyone from The Cure to Ride, Nine Inch Nails to PiL.
New album 'Monographic' is an intensely individual return, sculpted by Castellanos with assistance from Valentina Magaletti on drums.
Clash is able to premiere new cut 'Truth In Reverse' and it's an absolute piledriver. Fuzzed up guitars are layered into a maelstrom of sound, the kinetic drums pushing the searing vocals to new levels of intensity.
