Sailor & I emerged at the tail end of last year, a solo producer with a fine line in hazy, atmospheric electronics.
Blessed with a rich, dynamic sound, Black Butter swooped to release the artist's debut EP. Currently working on a full length album, the producer is ready to unveil new EP 'Sweat'.
As the title indicates, Sailor & I has cranked things up a notch. Beats are hardened, muscle is added – hell, it is summer after all.
A three tracker, Clash is able to trail 'Sweat' with new cut 'Disorder'. An alternative take on Joy Division's classic post-punk track, the glacial electronics lend a beautifully funereal aspect to those tragic Ian Curtis lyrics.
