Liverpool's Skeleton Key imprint is fast becoming one of our favourite labels, a sign of quality that continually supports new talent.
When the label happened across Rory Wynne supporting fellow Stockport types Blossoms, they knew that they had to act.
Quickly snapping up the newcomer, Rory went into the studio with Skeleton Key lynch-pins James Skelly and Richard Turvey.
Material poured forth, with the songwriter's debut EP 'What Would Rory Wynne Do?' out now.
He comments: "One of my biggest inspiration is Jack White, the way he keeps working on different projects and evolving, you always have to evolve or you’ll be forgotten…"
Clash is able to share 'Star In The Sky', and it's a buoyant, psych-addled piece of guitar pop that ripples with fresh ambition.
Tune in now.
