Premiere: Rivera – ‘We’re Alive’

A tale of two cities...

Inti Rowland was born in Chile, but moved to the UK as a small child.

Enraptured by music, his work seems to flit between two cities, between a longing for an imagined Santiago and the trials of daily London life.

Recently choosing the Rivera moniker, his work speaks eloquently of identity and the struggle to persist, of sketching out one's own life in the metropolitan rush.

Debut single 'We're Alive' has a simple yet profound message, and it's gentle, Grizzly Bear etched strum gets under the skin.

The songwriter explains: “When your confidence runs away from you and you think you’re invincible. The song is about surviving what you bring upon yourself.”
