Montreal based vinyl merchants / cultural hub Infinite Machine are rapidly developing a reputation for spotting quite singular electronic talents.
The label's next release is from Rights, the new collaborative effort between Sepalcure’s Braille and Infinite Machine mainstay Seafloor.
Based in Brooklyn, the duo have a bright, buoyant sound which fuses glistening textures with some tricky rhythmic manoeuvres.
There are plenty of British influences on show – check out that UK garage bounce, the occasional fractured break – but the pair also have a clear love of classic house.
New EP 'The Meaning' will be released on February 23rd, with Clash able to premiere new track 'Heartbeat'.
Gorgeous, sumptuous production with a percussive kick, the physicality of the groove is matched to the sweetness of the sound.
