There's a lot more to Raphaella than meets the eye.

Through her Persian and Scottish heritage, the singer has been exposed to all manner of influences. Indeed, Raphaella penned her university dissertation on the impact of political songwriting.

Continually challenging herself, the London based artist recently decided to re-work a song by the British producer SOHN.

Initially an electronic hymn, 'Artifice' is re-tooled as something quite personal to Raphaella. Fusing the track with her own Persian background, it's an engrossing performance.
