Lush, pastoral songwriting...
Ralegh Long

There's an England of the imagination, a place occupied by the likes of Nick Drake, Bill Fay or even Epic Soundtracks.

It's a place of comfort, of longing and nostalgia; it's a pastoral realm, one dominated by green vistas and the hand of history.

Ralegh Long seems inspired by this vision of England. A warm, open songwriter, his work is inspired equally by Jimmy Webb and mystical writers such as Thomas Merton.

Debut album 'Hoverance' is due to be released shortly, with Clash able to premiere new cut 'Love Kills All Fear'. Wistful and explicitly beautiful, Ralegh Long's songwriting has a richly poetic feel which is continually inspiring.

Check it out now.
