Rainer represents a fusion of two people, two distinct points of view.
Rebekah Raa and Nic Nell (aka London-based producer Casually Here) began working together in 2012, with 2013's dimly-lit EP 'Hope/Satin/Glass/Dreams' introducing fans to their noir pop textures.
Debut album 'Water' is out now on Kissability / Algebra, and it's an engrossing, dramatic introduction to the pair's world. Clash is able to premiere a neat remix, with Summer Ghost stepping in to re-work 'Nocturn'.
Beautiful granulated noise mingles with austere electronic melody, repeated synth swarms overwhelming the speaker.
