Premiere: Pablie – ‘Drops And Hopes’

Chill, down tempo and intoxicating...

Pablie is a Spanish producer with an almost uniquely chilled out vibe.

A talent to file alongside Bonobo or even Quantic's more dancefloor-oriented releases, the beat maker leans towards the soulful side of instrumental hip-hop.

New release 'B Sides' is, essentially, exactly that – a collection of tracks produced between 2007 and 2009 that deserve wider attention.

Blissfully down tempo, the hazy, laid back atmosphere is shot through with arresting bursts of emotion, the funky production daubed in moments of pure melody.

Out on October 16th via Atomnation, Clash is able to premiere new cut 'Drops And Hopes'. Infused with fading horns, beautiful keys and a bassline straight out of the Curtis Mayfield catalogue, this dives right into the murky depths.
