Rising Liverpool duo OVVLS are ready to unveil new track 'Pain Is Beauty'.
The two piece formed at the tail end of last year, and quickly caused an enormous buzz on Merseyside with their atmospheric, brooding sound.
New cut 'Pain Is Beauty' is about overcoming loss, pushing through bad times to find what's true and special about life. OVVLS explain:
"'Pain Is Beauty' is the founding track of OVVLS. It was crafted on a bitter cold night. We were working from a disused garage we had converted into a rehearsal space, breath smoking before our eyes, room buzzing from half lit fluorescent lighting that was harsh to the senses. But we worked with what we had. We began foraging our ideas, fusing them to experiment with different concepts, rhythms and sounds. No idea too out of the ordinary. We drew inspiration from the darkness and the world all around us wanting to create something beautiful from the night. And after tirelessly writing our insides out, 'Pain is Beauty' was born."
