Pop riser Nova Hall develops close bonds with people.
When she becomes friends it's an act of loyalty, allowing someone to glimpse a side of her some people rarely see.
Sadly, Nova lost her best friend 11 years ago, with her sudden suicide still leaving a mark on her life.
New single 'In Memory Of The Unknown' contemplates this, and will be released on August 18th – the anniversary of her friend's passing.
Described as "an ode to what could've been" it's a surging, dark-tinged piece of pop music, surging of chorus and pleading of lyric.
Nova explains: “It took me eight years to be able to write this track, and another three to finally finish it. It was really important to me to do the song justice.”
"I've always been fascinated by science and I found comfort in knowing there are thousands of worlds out there, parallel universes, where things are different."
Tune in now.
