With their stirring live show and finely honed songcraft, Longfellow began enrapturing headlines last year.
Since then, the band's profile has only risen. Signing to Fierce Panda – currently toasting its 20th anniversary – new single 'Kiss-Hug-Make Up' will be released on May 19th.
Already winning the BBC 6Music Rebel Playlist, it's a soaring piece of indie with a real sense of ambition.
Longfellow might well be playing small venues now, but – if the band have their way – it won't be long until they graduate into something rather grander.
