Imagine delivering your debut single with an internationally renowned pop star on the beat – then flipping things around, stealing appearances from YADi or drill rap star Sasha Go Hard.
Well, that’s essentially 12 months in the life of J£zus Million. A beat maker, producer and performer, the Boston prodigy – still only 20 years old, fr crying out LOUD – has made some firm connections.
Debut single ‘Illusions Of’ utilised vocals from Charli XCX, with new EP ‘Error’ continuing this ambitious streak. A suburban kid who can match Bjork against Gucci Mane, the EP opens with the dynamic ‘Taught To Run’ before hitting ‘If You Forget’.
A superb distillation of young promise, ‘Error’ EP ends with the rather widescreen production on ‘Exile’ before introducing three remixes courtesy of Magical Mistakes, Patrick Brian and Taquwami.
Out now, Clash is able to stream the EP in its entirety – check it out below.
