When Arno Völker and Simon Birkenfeld first met the pair were knee deep in the sub-low murk of drum 'n' bass.
As time has passed, though, the pair have been drawn to rather slower, more down beat musical forms.
Returning to their Hot City Orchestra moniker, the pair will release their 'The Observatory' EP on November 30th via Infuse London.
