Evidently talented, the songwriter's opening pair of EPs switched from bright-eyed folk to rather more downbeat songwriting.

Now, though, something strong, coherent and direct seems to have switched into place. New single 'White Night' is an immediate return, supple of voice and emotive of lyric.
