So when the German duo inaugurated their Blaufield imprint the pair decided to kickstart the label's identity with a flurry of their own cuts.
Habischman is the latest Blaufield signing, and the first – besides Booka Shade – to officially release via the label. It's an important moment, with the split 12 – Chi Thanh's 'Follow Your Soul' occupies the other side – due to arrive on December 18th.
Habischman's 'Skala' is an up front piece of dancefloor fare, the mechanical synths set against a vocal that is equal parts sigh and soul.
