Dreamy pop with a lingering sense of melancholy...
Great Pagans

Brighton's Great Pagans centres on the creativity of Alex Painter, a songwriter of rich depth, and lyrical suggestion.

Dreamy pop that comes shadowed in melancholy, the project is part of the Anti-Ghost Moon Ray collective/label based in Brighton.

New single 'Renaissance' drops on June 1st, and it's a hopelessly beautiful return, with that bold vocal underpinned by glistening synths.

There's a painterly touch to the composition, a sense of balance between the lush sound and the personal nature of the word-play.

Wistful but ultimately direct, 'Renaissance' is a sign that Great Pagans are definitely worth following. Tune in now.
