Edinburgh based Fuzzystar seems to make songs that drift into the physical realm from the ether.
Plucked from thin air, each song seems to carry within it the long for communication, the need to make a connection.
Upcoming album 'Telegraphing' emerges on April 28th, a document of off kilter indie pop laden with dream-like fuzz.
Songwriter Andy Thomson explains that the songs are about a “mix of love, loss miscommunication, feelings of alienation or being disconnected. Telegraphing to communicate and also indicating something you may not already be aware of yourself, like the physical metaphor for it, often referred to in boxing.”
Clash is able to premiere the title cut, and it has a hazy, drifting sense of grace. Tune in now.
