F Block in Ealing Film Studios is responsible for launching Naughty Boy and Sam Smith, both of whom have notched up enormous hit singles.
Fran Lobo also worked in F Block, but she's going out on a limb. New EP 'Beautiful Blood' is a delicious document of talent emerging, with the South London singer placing her voice to the fore.
At times coy, at others direct, it's a wonderful introduction to a vocalist who is able to twist R&B tropes to her command.
