Premiere: Fleurie – ‘Explosions Of Grandeur’

A beautiful return from the Nashville songwriter...

Fleurie's sumptuous sense of sound makes each song a genuinely beautiful document.

Right from her first EP in 2013, the songwriter's palette is dominated by beautiful noises, by finely honed melodies and taut production.

Her 'Love And War' album became something of a breakout document, with her music being adored by fans across the globe.

But the Nashville-based singer/songwriter otherwise known as Lauren Strahm isn't content to stop there, constantly moving ahead, continually moving forward.

New single 'Explosions Of Grandeur' is aptly named, with her gorgeous pop vision soaring to a fresh level.

As her lyrics define: “I need more than words affixed to meanings. More than sky and ceilings, I need more than words. Empty pages bleeding, to contain a feeling…”

We've got first play of the video, and it's brooding, semi-lit atmosphere is the perfect accompaniment to Fleurie's highly focussed creativity.
