Premiere: Fil Bo Riva – ‘Franzis’ (Live Session)

A wonderful new talent...

There are many sides to Fil Bo Riva.

There's the Italian pop of his youth, the 60s cuts his family would play. There's the time he spent studying in Ireland, a period that broadened his outlook.

And then there's the heartbreak that took him to Berlin, that fuelled his early songwriting endeavours.

New EP 'If You're Alright, It's Alright' was released a few months back, and it's a patchwork of each experience he has had. “In the end, everything you experience teaches you something,” Fil Bo muses. “And these lessons should be reflected in the work, otherwise you risk succumbing to stagnation”.

Stripped from the EP 'Franzis' is a delight, a tender, emotive gem that is subtly over-powering.

Clash is able to premiere an intimate live session – tune in now.
