Fever The Ghost seem to thrive on the dark side of psychedelia.
Each track unfolds into vast, spider-like structures, a bad trip sketched out in shadow against the black recesses of the imagination.
Wayne Coyne is a fan, commenting: "They are maybe meant to actually be a video game and accidentally became a futuristic rock group. Or they are a cartoon that is animated so good you can’t tell they’re not real."
Yet they are real. New record 'Zirconium Meconium' will be released on October 2nd through Heavenly Recordings, and it spins a heady web of lysergic introversion.
Clash is able to premiere new track 'Sun Moth' and it contains an airy, grey-flecked beauty. A spectrum of light erupting from a dusty tomb, you can peer into its heady resurrection below.
