Eivør hails from the Faroe Islands, but is currently based in Copenhagen.
Ludicrously creative, the songwriter has built up an imposing catalogue, one that has received acclaim across Scandinavia.
Eivør recently completed work on new cut 'In My Shoes', and it's a mark of her fastidious nature in the studio. She explains:
"I remember when we recorded ‘In My Shoes’ it took us forever to get the tempo just right, which is ironic given the song is about finding your way in life in your own tempo and in your own way."
Clash is able to premiere the visuals, and the video features a compelling central performance from transvestite artist Dennis Agerblad.
Eivør has watched Agerblad's work for some time: "It was my dream to have him perform in this video with me because I felt his strong character and touching life story would be a good match to interpret the essence of 'In My Shoes', which is about finding your own way in life. His movements and expressions interpret this life journey in a beautiful way".
