Taken from new EP 'Soundsmith'...
Dahi Divine

Dahi Divine isn't someone who strays too far from his roots.

Sure, the American composer wanders musically - from hip-hop to alt pop to his love affair with jazz - but he stays true to those who stuck by him.

New project 'Soundsmith' unites all these elements, with the material owing equal inspiration to his roots in Philadelphia and his home in New York.

New cut 'Sway My Way' airs on Clash, and it's a brave return - Dahi Divine refuses to settle into any one box, and his music is all the more exciting for it.

Dahi Divine says that the track "speaks on all the things I have come to learn as a person who is trying to make it as an artist... It's a funky uptempo song that brings a lively soulful party vibe to my upcoming Soundsmith project, which tells the story of finding my way as a saxophonist and composer in New York and moving back home in Philly to pursue my dreams, surrounded by family and 'day one' supporters."

Tune in now.
