It's this space that Christoph Berg and Henning Schmiedt aim to fill on their new album 'Bei'.
Out on April 14th, it's a subtle piece of modern classical musicality that allows each piece to unfold with subtle grace.
The pair explain: "There is this moment, right before the music begins – everything could happen, it's this moment of purity and silence, full of clarity, tension, expectation. The music on 'bei' emerged from this very moment of silence."
Out on April 14th, Clash is able to premiere new cut 'Räderwerk', and it's gently evolving piano notes have a meditative quality.
