Charlotte OC is working on her own terms.
A devoutly independent songwriting force, she recently flew out to Los Angeles, immersing herself in that Stateside pop bubble.
Keeping her own voice, those sessions billowed into something remarkable, with new single 'Satellite' gradually coming into focus.
Softly soulful and immediately infectious, the new single is Charlotte OC at her most open, most vivid.
“I’d recently gone through a situation with this lad I’d met, he was saying one thing, but in reality his actions spoke differently,” explains Charlotte. “What I thought could be something to begin with, ac tually turned out to be something completely different in the end. I came to the realisation that when you meet somebody it shouldn’t be this complicated.”
