Bastien Keb makes a living composing for the screen, contributing to film and television projects.

An enormously talented multi-instrumentalist, new project 'Dinking In The Shadows Of Zizou' manages to sluice together Bon Iver, afrobeat and, of course, the iconic French footballer Zinedine Zidane.

It's a unique document, one blessed with an innate sense of funk, but also with a shrewd songwriting sensibility.

Out on September 25th via One-Handed Music, Clash is able to tease the project via new track 'Down River'. The tight rhythm section recalls The Meters, while the whispered urgency of the vocals has a very English sensibility.
