Launched last year, Detestival is quickly turning into one of the country's most infectious new music events.
Returning this weekend (April 18th – 20th) Detestival has announced a second wave of names for its ever-impressive line up.
Manchester group PINS are not so much as a band as a cottage industry for like minds. Via their label Haus Of PINS the band have been able to support countless fresh names, while last year's Bella Union released debut album was a black-clad delight.
Joining the bill, PINS will be joined by fast rising south coast types Lola Colt, with Slaves, Turbowolf, Sleepy Sun and more also due to take part.
Festival curator Rob Graham said of this year’s event: "This year we're back and we're bigger. Same as last year we stuck to the idea of trying to put a line-up together that was populated with acts that we like, both on an artistic level as well as personal one."
Advance tickets are on sale now.
Detestival runs between April 18th – 20th at Sheffield venue The Queen’s Social Club.
